Adult Chronic Constipation

22 years and older | Male or Female

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Vibrant Capsule vs Vibrant Placebo 5 times weekly in the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation.

Eligibility

• Have less than 3, but greater than 1 bowel movement per week (without the use of rescue medication)
• Symptoms of straining and incomplete evacuation
• Otherwise healthy

Trial Duration

4 office visits over approximately ~10 weeks

Compensation

May receive up to $300 for study-associated time and travel
