Females, 18-50 years of age.
This clinical trial is to evaluate bone mineral density with long-term use of Relugolix combination tablet (Myfembree). This is an oral medication (taken by mouth). Currently, this medication is FDA approved for 2-year use, and this trial will study the medication taken during 4 years, and follow changes in bone mineral density for 1 year after treatment has stopped.
Eligibility
- MUST have a medical diagnosis of endometriosis.
- MUST have pain and heavy menstrual bleeding.
- Cannot have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar depression, PTSD, or schizophrenia.
Trial Duration
5 year trial with appointments occurring approximately every 6 months.
Compensation
$125 per appointment and $75 per phone call.

Males and females, 18+ years of age
Health Research of Hampton Roads is looking for males and females 18 years of age and older to participate in a high cholesterol clinical trial. This trial is to evaluate the efficacy (how well the drug works in lowering cholesterol) and safety of Merck drug, MK-0616 in individuals at high cardiovascular risk.
Eligibility
- Must be taking a cholesterol medication
- Must have elevated cholesterol numbers
- Must have had a heart attack OR stroke OR have type 2 diabetes & high blood pressure
Trial Duration
This trial will be about 4.5 years long (potentially a maximum of 6 years), and you will have up to 18 visits & 12 phone calls

Males and females, 18 years and older
The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate an investigational vaccine to prevent acute gastroenteritis (AGE) caused by a norovirus infection. Acute gastroenteritis, commonly known as the stomach flu or stomach bug, is characterized by symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and sometimes fever.
Eligibility
- MUST NOT have an autoimmune disease
- MUST NOT experience diarrhea/nausea on a regular basis
Trial Duration
25 month long trial with at least 7 in-office appointments and 6 scheduled phone calls
Compensation
$118 per completed in-office appointment. $35 per scheduled completed phone call.

Males and females, 12-14 years of age.
This Novo Nordisk study will focus on long-term maintenance of weight loss and the long-term safety of semaglutide in children with excess body weight. This research clinical trial will last 3 years to 6 years depending on your child’s age at entry. The length of participation will also be determined by the study drug treatment as it can continue until your child turns 18.
Eligibility
- MUST be willing to self-administer the medication via a pen injector.
- MUST be willing to have blood drawn from the arm.
- Cannot have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar depression, PTSD, or schizophrenia.

Males and females, 50 years of age and older.
The main purpose of this Moderna study is to measure the number of influenza cases after receiving an investigational vaccine compared with a currently marketed influenza vaccine. This trial will compare mRNA-1010 (investigational influenza vaccine) to Fluarix (FDA-approved, currently marketed influenza vaccine). You will have a 1 in 2 chance of getting either one.
Eligibility
- MUST NOT have an immunodeficiency disease
- MUST NOT have a history of Guillain-Barre syndrome
- MUST NOT have had a FLU shot in the last 6 months
Trial Duration
Approximate 6-8 month long trial with at least 2 in-office appointments

$115 per completed in-office appointment. $30 per completed phone call.
