Males and Females, 65-85 years of age
This trial will compare the COVID-19 vaccine and influenza vaccine administered separately against a COVID-19 + influenza combination vaccine in healthy adults 65-85 years of age.
Eligibility
- BMI (calculation of height/weight) under 33.
- Extensive blood draws - must have easily accessible arm veins.
- Cannot have an allergy or sensitivity to latex.
Trial Duration
Up to 5 office visits over 7 months.
Compensation
$125 per completed office visit. Additional compensation for timely diary entries.

Males and females, 18-75 years of age
This trial will be for cigarette smokers who have quit smoking recently or are fully committed to quitting smoking immediately. Placebo controlled.
Eligibility
- Must have quit smoking 7-30 days before the first appointment.
- Must be able to pass a urine drug screen.
- Must have blood easily drawn from the arm.
- Cannot have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.
Trial Duration
34 weeks with 13 in office visits.

Males and Females, 18-80 years of age
This clinical trial is for individuals struggling with chronic idiopathic constipation, also known as CIC. This trial will assess the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication compared to a placebo in the treatment of CIC.
Eligibility
- Must have less than 3 spontaneous bowel movements per week that meet study criteria.
- Must be willing to NOT take any medications affecting bowel habits during the study.
- Must be willing to complete an electronic diary daily during the screening period and for the study duration.
- Must have medical records showing constipation diagnosis.
Trial Duration
10 office visits over 6-7 months
Compensation
$100 for each in-office visit and $50 for each virtual/phone call visit.

Males and females, 18+ years of age
This trial is for obese non-diabetic adults with knee osteoarthritis, and who are highly motivated to lose weight.
Eligibility
- Must NOT have diabetes
- Must NOT have had a previous weight loss surgery
- MUST be available for morning office visits only. No afternoon office visits are available
- No weight loss medication use in the last 12 months
- MUST be willing to have a knee X-ray performed
Trial Duration
18 appointments over almost 2 years.

Males and Females, 18+ years of age
This clinical trial will focus on a weight loss treatment for obese males and females. This trial will allow both type II diabetics and non-diabetics.
Eligibility
- BMI of 35 or higher.
- No previous weight loss surgery.
- Easily accessible veins for extensive blood work.
Trial Duration
Up to 83 weeks with 16 in-office appointments, and 8 scheduled phone calls.
