The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication in adult males and females who have a diagnosis of migraines.
Eligibility
- Must have a migraine diagnosis and can provide medical records.
- Must have 2-10 migraines a month.
- Cannot have had any previous weight loss surgery.
Trial Duration
81 days with 3 in office visits.
Compensation
$155 per completed appointment. Additional compensation for diary completions.

Males and Females, 18-65 years of age
This trial is for cigarette smokers who are currently smoking, and are willing to quit within 4 weeks of the first appointment at our office. Placebo controlled.
Eligibility
- Cannot take ADHD, depression, or anxiety medication.
- Cannot have previously had a weight loss surgery.
- Cannot have a BMI over 40.
- Must be able to pass a urine drug screen.
Trial Duration
35 weeks with 12 in office visits & 9 telephone calls.
Compensation

Males and Females, 18-69 years of age
This clinical trial will focus on a weight loss ORAL (taken by mouth) treatment for obese males and females. This trial will allow for only non-diabetics.
Eligibility
- Cannot have type I or type II diabetes.
- Cannot have had a previous weight loss surgery.
- Cannot have used GLP-1 medications in the last 12 months.
Trial Duration
20 months with 16 office visits.

Males and females, 18+ years of age
This trial is for obese non-diabetic adults with knee osteoarthritis, and who are highly motivated to lose weight.
Eligibility
- Must NOT have diabetes
- Must NOT have had a previous weight loss surgery
- MUST be available for morning office visits only. No afternoon office visits are available
- No weight loss medication use in the last 12 months
- MUST be willing to have a knee X-ray performed
Trial Duration
18 appointments over almost 2 years.

Males and Females, 65+ years of age
This clinical trial is for 65+ year old males and females who want an influenza (flu) vaccine for the 2026-27 season. No placebo. Guaranteed the influenza vaccine.
Eligibility
- Cannot have participated in an influenza vaccine clinical trial in the last 12 months.
- Cannot have received an influenza vaccine in the last 6 months.
- Cannot take Prednisone 20mg or higher, monthly.
Trial Duration
6-8 weeks with at least 2 in office appointments.
Compensation
$150 per completed office appointment.

COVID-19 + influenza vaccine clinical trial for males and females aged 50 years and older.
Eligibility
- Cannot have a BMI over 33.
- Cannot have received a influenza (flu) vaccine in the last 6 months.
- Cannot have received a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 3 months.
Trial Duration
4 office visits & 2 scheduled phone visits over 7 months
Compensation
$125 per completed office appointment. $35 per completed phone appointment.

Injectable medication will be investigated in this clinical trial to determine if it is safe/effective for treating people who have excess body weight. This trial is placebo controlled – meaning you will either receive the medication or the placebo (no active ingredients).

- Cannot have previously had weight loss surgery.
- Cannot have used GLP-1 in the last 6 months.
- Cannot be diabetic.
Trial Duration
11 appointments over 1 1/2 years.
