The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate an investigational vaccine to prevent acute gastroenteritis (AGE) caused by a norovirus infection.

Acute gastroenteritis, commonly known as the stomach flu or stomach bug, is characterized by symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and sometimes fever.

If you qualify and decide to participate:

• You will receive all study-related medical care at no cost, and have the chance to receive the vaccination.
• Your overall health will be monitored by a study doctor.
• Your participation will aid in the research effort to bring new and improved vaccines to market.
• Participation in any of these research studies is voluntary, and you are free to leave the study at any time. Your privacy will be maintained throughout the study.
