Males and Females, 18-64 years of age
This trial will be for individuals with high cholesterol who are NOT taking any cholesterol medication. This trial is NOT placebo controlled. Everyone will receive medication.
Eligibility
- Cannot be taking a cholesterol medication.
- Must have blood easily drawn from the arm.
- Willing to limit daily alcohol intake.
Trial Duration
6 months with 6 office visits.

Males and females, 18-75 years of age
This trial will be for cigarette smokers who have quit smoking recently or are fully committed to quitting smoking immediately. Placebo controlled.
Eligibility
- Must have quit smoking 7-30 days before the first appointment.
- Must be able to pass a urine drug screen.
- Must have blood easily drawn from the arm.
- Cannot have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.
Trial Duration
34 weeks with 13 in office visits.

Females, 18+ years of age
This trial will focus on an investigational medication to treat the symptoms of Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI). SUI occurs when you leak urine under stress such as laughing, coughing, sneezing, or lifting something heavy.
Eligibility
- MUST have a diagnosis of SUI as confirmed by our team.
- MUST have BMI of 27 or greater.
- MUST be willing to complete an electronic diary throughout the study.
Trial Duration
The study duration is approximately 58 weeks, with study treatment for up to 52 weeks.

Males and Females
This trial will compare the COVID-19 vaccine against a placebo in healthy adults 50-64 years of age.
Eligibility
- Vaccination records will be required
- Cannot have a diagnosis of diabetes type I or type II
- Cannot be taking anxiety and/or depression medication
- There will be NO blood draws.
Trial Duration
6 months with 1 in-office visit & 3 scheduled phone appointments.

Males and Females, 60+ years of age
This clinical trial determines the safety and efficacy of an investigational norovirus vaccine versus placebo in the prevention of acute gastroenteritis in adults 60 years of age and older.
Eligibility
- No history or diagnosis of GI disease.
- No prior history of significant reaction to a vaccine.
- Must be currently feeling well, with no recent fever.

Eligibility
- MUST have BMI between 18 and 33.

Males and Females, 18+ years of age
This clinical trial is for individuals struggling with chronic idiopathic constipation, also known as CIC. This trial will assess the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication compared to a placebo in the treatment of CIC.
Eligibility
- Must have less than 3 spontaneous bowel movements per week that meet study criteria.
- Must be willing to NOT take any medications affecting bowel habits during the study.
- Must be willing to complete an electronic diary daily during the screening period and for the study duration.
